Note: Non Type-R front pads are for 10.2" front brake caliper fitment/use. Lower grade model EG/EK model civics must have upgraded 10.2" front calipers/brakes in order to use these pads.

Pads for Type-R application will fit Spoon Twin Block calipers.

Spoon brake pads feature high resistance to fading, excellent performance at low temperatures, near stock life expectancy, and low rotor wear. These properties are achieved through a combination of pad material and unique backing metal design.

Spoon brake pads provide strong braking power while maintaining stable, consistent, and direct driving feel. This allows drivers to enter corners smoothly. The operating range is 50 - 700C, while the optimum rotor temperature is between 200 - 300C.
