Shipping Policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All products are shipped via USPS or FedEx with SIGNATURE REQUIRED if value is $200 or more. Freight orders are shipped via Pilot Freight. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. 

Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your IN-STOCK ORDER. Orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

All products are shipped out from our Rancho Cucamonga California location. In rare occasions, we may drop-ship orders through our vendors if needed, but most orders ship directly from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.

The Local Pickup option is reserved for local customers who want to avoid shipping cost by picking up their items up at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA storefront. If you select this option, and you are not local, you will be required to pay the shipping cost. Which may or may not be accurate to what the website quotes.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. outlying territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, Etc.), International orders and limited other occasions. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the customer does not want to pay the shipping cost difference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL and are shipped out from our Rancho Cucamonga California location.
Because of COVID19, USPS may not deliver to certain territories and DHL will be used as the alternative. Sometimes our website calculates inaccurate international shipping rates or can even error-out with no shipping rates at all not allowing the customer to complete their order. In this event, we will suggest to the customer to select the Local Pick-Up option to complete their order. Once the order is received, we will calculate accurate shipping costs based on the customer entered international ship address and get back to the customer as soon as we can.

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. These fees are not integrated into the item pricing or shipping charges. These fees are paid by the buyer, upon arrival to its international destination. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Art of Attack are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pre-pay any customs fees, duties or taxes when the shipment arrives to the international destination. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Art of Attack may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the customer does not want to pay the shipping cost difference.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Freight shipments are packed and shipped out from our Rancho Cucamonga California location. Freight orders are shipped through Pilot Freight or Daylight Transport.  What constitutes and qualifies as a freight shipment are large sized or heavy items such as bumpers, wide fenders, fully body kits, side skirts, hoods, and certain seats. Sometimes our website can miscalculate or even completely fail to generate a proper shipping rate for said items (especially if multiple large sized items are being purchased).  In this event, we will suggest the customer to select the Local Pick-Up option to complete their order. Once the order is received, we will calculate accurate freight shipping costs and get back to the customer.

Note: Received damaged freight shipments MUST BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. There is a 12-day window for us to report a claim and we do not want to lose that opportunity.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the customer does not want to pay the shipping cost difference.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be immediately reported to Art of Attack when receiving your parcel. DO NOT HESITATE TO INSPECT YOUR ITEM(S) AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES! Some of our carriers have a small window for shipping damage claims -  as little as 12 days - so time is of the essence when reporting a claim or it can/will get denied. 

If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied a shipping claim and/or a refund.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE(S) UPON ARRIVAL - ESPECIALLY FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
  • CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF DAMAGE IS FOUND
  • Keep the product with its original box and packing materials
  • Record a list of the damages or lost item(s)
  • Take photos and/or videos of the damages and packaging. Photos/videos help immensely!

We will contact the shipper once we receive the emailed info above to schedule a pickup or we will email you a return label if applicable. DO NOT send your order back without approval from Art of Attack.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Art of Attack does not refund shipping charges.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any way shape or form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Art of Attack, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement once the item is received.  We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
