Akrapovic’s E9x M3 system is constructed completely from Titanium and is available in Evolution or Slip On variants with exhaust tips built from either Titanium or Carbon Fiber.

The Evolution exhaust system for the BMW M3 consists of flow optimized link pipes and an “X” pipe that incorporates high flow 100 cpsi sports catalysts and integrated resonators. A pair of newly developed dual-outlet mufflers completes the kit. The all Titanium system reduces the weight of the exhaust by 53lbs when compared to the factory x pipe and rear mufflers. The Evolution system increases the E9x M3’s power output by 22 horsepower with a re-engineered x pipe and removal of the factory catalytic converters.

Akrapovic was founded nearly two decades ago by Slovenian motorcycle racer Igor Akrapovic, and has enjoyed immense growth since the company’s inception. Akrapovic has invested millions into their facility and produces all Carbon Fiber and Titanium products in house. The state-of-the-art facility houses autoclaves, mandrel benders, tube extrusion equipment, laser cutters, multi-axis CNC machines, and much more. Akrapovic’s engineering team has created many factory-original applications for manufacturers like Porsche and Alpina.
